A great studio is defined by the great sounds created there. It's defined by the exposed plumbing and the floorboards that have soaked in countless chords and spilled beers. It's defined by the sweat of the artists who were drawn to that place, for one reason or another, to ultimately render their mark on music forever.
The Beatles did it at Abbey Road. Nirvana did it at Reciprocal Recording. Motown USA defined an entire genre of music.
Each of these legendary studios are renowned and celebrated worldwide; not for HOW they were built, but for WHAT they built themselves.
What you'll get at The Rockerie is that same uncommon, unlikely, and 100% unique vibe.
Sure, you'll find twelve-foot ceilings, modern recording gear, and a few oriental rugs, but, more than that, you'll find THE place to render your mark as an artist.
